• Booking: name, email, phone, dates, destination, travellers, requests.
• Contact: name, email, phone, message.
• Technical: IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, cookie IDs.

3. Purposes and basis

We use data to answer enquiries, perform booking and travel contracts, take payment and keep tax records. Basis: your consent, contract steps and legal duties — Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

4. Sharing

We never sell data. We share it with travel suppliers needed for your booking (Закон України «Про туризм» від 15.09.1995 № 324/95-ВР), payment and IT providers under our instructions, or where law requires.

5. Retention and security

Enquiries: 12 months; booking and tax records: as long as the law requires. Access is restricted; data is encrypted in transit and stored securely.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent by emailing contact@renthomge.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Consumer rules: Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies and pixels are set only with clear consent, as cookie IDs are personal data under the Law in section 3.

8. Booking and advertising

Price, payment, cancellation and refund terms are shown before you confirm (Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII). Advertising is marked and not misleading (Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР).
