Terms of Service
1. Operator
renthomge.com is operated by renthomge.com (PE), EDRPOU 73566888, 12 Nezalezhnosti Street, Halych Business Center, Ivano-Frankivsk, 76018, Ukraine. Email contact@renthomge.com, phone +380 660 363 7370. Managing Director: Alex Hansen. We act as tour operator and travel agent under the Law of Ukraine «On Tourism» No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995 and the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Commerce» No. 675-VIII of 03 September 2015.
2. Booking
A contract is formed when we send written confirmation. Before ordering we show the description, total price, dates, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation rules under the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection» No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise, may change before confirmation, and are payable by the methods shown at checkout. Availability is confirmed per booking.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation deadlines, fees and refund timelines are stated before checkout under the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection» No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 and the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Commerce» No. 675-VIII of 03 September 2015. Refunds are paid by the original method.
5. Inclusions and exclusions
Each offer lists included items (guide, transport, and tastings) and excluded items (insurance, personal expenses, optional activities). Unlisted services are not included in the price.
6. Participants and age limits
Guests must follow safety instructions and arrive on time. Alcohol tastings are only for participants aged 18 or over; ID may be requested. We may refuse participation to anyone intoxicated or endangering others. All programmes are leisure services, not medical treatment, and are presented as such under the Law of Ukraine «On Advertising» No. 270/96-VR of 03 July 1996.
7. Liability
We are liable within the limits of Ukrainian law and are not liable for force majeure, third-party transport delays, or the participant's own acts.
8. Personal data
We process names, contact details and booking data to perform the contract and meet legal duties, as described in our Privacy Policy under the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» No. 2297-VI of 01 June 2010.
9. Disputes and changes
Contact contact@renthomge.com first; we reply within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court. We may amend these Terms and publish the new version here.
